Vehicle Ferry Facilities
For your comfort and connectivity, all of our vehicle ferries are equipped with air conditioning, free high-speed Wi-Fi, a Signature Lounge for relaxing, and a dedicated pet lounge for our four-legged passengers. Stock up on snacks at Sainsbury’s On the Go Outlet or grab a hot drink at ReFuel café or Steam café bars. Shop for onboard gifts in the gift shop and take in the fresh air in our outside seating areas.

Our vehicle ferries feature 240v charging ports, CCTV, luggage area, baby changing facilities, and outside smoking areas. Vessels are wheelchair-friendly, with lifts to and from the car decks and outside Deck A as well as accessible toilets.
Passenger Ferry Facilities
Leather seats, air conditioning, tinted windows, and free, fast Wi-Fi make every passenger crossing comfortable, while LED screens keep everyone updated on the latest real-time travel information, news headlines, and vessel location. A safety video with subtitles prepared everyone for safe travel whilst bow and stern-facing cameras on Red Jet 6 and 7 provide a view of the vessel from all angles.
Onboard, enjoy refreshments, free magazines, and bike storage. All vessels are wheelchair friendly, with accessible toilets, CCTV, and luggage racks for convenient storage. Red Jet 6 and 7 are equipped with USB charging ports. Please note, cigarettes and eCigarettes are not permitted on our passenger ferries.
