The Above package includes:

Please note that this offer is sold as a package, as stated and specified. Much as Red Funnel and our partners will endeavour to meet requests where possible, variations to the package basis will not be accepted.
Package Information
The package includes a standard pitch which includes an electric hook-up point if required. Pitch upgrades are available at some parks and need to be booked and paid for directly with the park of your choice (unless otherwise stated, see park description for charges). All extras such as leisure facilities may be subject to additional charges payable at the park. Extras may be available at selected parks, please see individual listings for details.
Appuldurcombe Gardens: The offer is available for 3, 5 or 10 nights only starting on any day between:
- March and 21 July 2025 (10 nights), 26 July 2025 (5 nights) or 28 July 2025 (3 nights) and
- 24 August and 23 October 2025 (10 nights), 28 October 2025 (5 nights) or 30 October 2025 (3 nights)
Orchards Holiday Park: The offer is available for 3, 5 or 10 nights only starting on any day between:
- 11 April and 14 July 2025 (10 nights), 19 July 2025 (5 nights) or 21 July 2025 (3 nights) and
- 24 August and 21 October 2025 (10 nights), 26 October 2025 (5 nights) or 28 October 2025 (3 nights)
Waverley Park Holiday Centre: The offer is available for 3, 5 or 10 nights only starting on any day between:

Dogs: The Isle of Wight is a great place for dog walks. If you are planning to take your dog(s) on holiday with you, please inform us at the time of booking as some parks have specific dog areas. Please familiarise yourself with the dog policy at your chosen park upon arrival.
Additional person rates will apply at the park for the 5th and 6th person in the party (check the minimum child age at the relevant park), maximum of 6 people in total per pitch.

This package offer includes return vehicle ferry travel from Southampton (travelling from 0900 hrs) to East Cowes (Isle of Wight) for vehicle driver and passengers and either a car and tent, car and trailer-tent*, car and caravan* or motorhome.
Outward ferry crossings from Southampton are not permitted before 0900 hrs or at any time 18 April, 2 May, 23 & 24 May, 19 & 20 June and 25 December 2025.
Return car ferry crossings from East Cowes can be on any sailing but travel is not allowed on 21 April, 5 May, 26 May, 23 June and 25 December 2025.
- A surcharge of £14.25 per leg will apply to all vehicles over 2.7 metres high. For cars or motorhomes over 6 metres in length and cars with caravan/ trailer tent over a combined length of 13 metres a surcharge of £8.00 per leg for each additional metre will apply.
- Changes to ferry times are permitted, subject to an amendment fee of £5 per leg. Date changes are not permitted.
- A £5 handling fee is charged (per package) for bookings made offline.
- Package prices are based on the outward departure day ex Southampton for travel at any time after 09:00 hrs within the date bands.
- This package is not available for commercial vehicles.

- Dogs - We recommend that you leave your dog in a well ventilated vehicle during the ferry crossing, alternatively there are designated pet areas on A Deck and B Deck. For further details please see the Carriage of Pets guidelines on our website.
Camping & Touring Package FAQ's
There is an additional length (over 6m for motorhome and combined 13m for a car and caravan) and height supplement (over 2.7m) charged on top of the standard package rate, as shown in Ferry Travel Information, this will be added automatically as you process the booking.
Yes, the parks accept up to 2 dogs free of charge, please enter the number of dogs and breeds in the Special Requirements box within the booking process. (Please note that Appuldurcombe Gardens do restrict certain breeds)
The package includes up to 4 people – an additional 2 people (up to a total for 6 per pitch) can be added to the booking and the additional rate charged by the park is to be paid on arrival. Please see details on the individual park pages.

f) The booking total will then reflect the package price and include any ferry or pitch supplements.
The Camping & Touring Package includes a basic grass pitch with electric hook-up – any pitches that have hard standings or water or is fully serviced may come with a supplement and is included in the price shown for that element of the package.
This could be for a number of reasons, dependent on how many people are travelling in the group which is why it is essential to add correct guest numbers to your search, as pitches are often sold at a per person rate (outside of the offer). The ferry element of the booking will also make a substantial difference to the total cost, as the package is heavily discounted.
We do recognise that some guests don’t want to stay for exactly 3, 5 or 10 nights, so we allow in between number of nights, but at the appropriate price band. Therefore a 4- or 5-night stay would be charged at the 5-night price and a 6 up to 10-night stay would be charged at the 10-night rate. Stays exceeding 10 nights are not permitted on the package offer.
