Shanklin

Shanklin Beach is a one of the Isle of Wight’s best known stretches of golden sands, which backs onto a traditional English seafront promenade with arcades and amusements all close by. 

The beach is located on the south east coast of the Island, a traditional 'bucket and spade' family beach holiday destination. You can even hire canoes, jet skis and pedalo's. Access to Appley is via slipways or steps; Esplanade and Hope are easier for older visitors.

Facilities include: parking, toilets, beach huts, esplanade with shops, cafés, amusements, pubs and restaurants.
